Required Documents

  • To apply for the BMU program in Poland, you must submit a completed application form along with your original 10th and 12th mark sheets, your original passport, and a proper scan copy of its front and back via email.
  • Additionally, you must provide your NEET scorecard and a digital photograph that meets specific requirements: it should be taken against a white background, show a close-up of your face and shoulders, and your face should occupy between 70% to 80% of the frame.
  • Please send a clear scan copy of this photograph to the email address provided by your counselor.
  • You must also provide six passport-size photographs that are 35mm x 45mm in size and printed on matt paper with a white background.
  • Your father or mother's original bank statement for the past six months with a bank stamp on it, showing a minimum closing balance of Rs. 8 Lakhs, must be submitted.
  • A sponsorship affidavit on an Rs. 100 stamp paper (original) and a copy of your PAN card (for dollar exchange and Forex card) are also required.
