Terms and conditions

  • Prior to filling out the application form, it is recommended that the applicant thoroughly review the information brochure.
  • To be eligible for admission to an MBBS program abroad, the applicant must have individually passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, and also attained a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (40% for SC/ST and OBC categories).
  • For Post Graduate Courses, the applicant must hold a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university, and the selection process is at the discretion of the Rector of the foreign university based on the applicant's previous academic performance.
  • The applicant must provide a notarized copy of their academic certificates and mark sheets along with the application form. Once accepted by the university, the applicant must present the original documents for Apostille from the Ministry of External Affairs.
  • Upon payment of the application fee, the selected applicant must enter into an agreement with Study Nation 360 Pvt. Ltd.
  • If a passport is not already available, the applicant must make arrangements to obtain one after being selected.
  • If any information provided by the applicant in the application form is found to be false or incorrect, the University may reject the application and take appropriate action against the applicant.
  • Study Nation 360 is not responsible for any false information provided by the applicant. Study Nation 360 also reserves the right to take legal action against the applicant and cancel admission without any further responsibilities.
  • The applicant must comply with the rules and regulations of the University, as non-compliance may result in consequences.
  • The University will issue an admission letter only after thoroughly verifying the documents.
  • Study Nation 360 will guide the applicant in filling out the Eligibility Certificate Application form, which must be submitted personally at the Medical Council of India's office in Dwarka, Delhi.
  • Admission to a university does not guarantee acceptance of a visa. The embassy holds the discretion to either accept or reject a visa application without providing any reason or justification.
  • Study Nation 360 recommends that applicants pay their tuition fees to the university within the specified time frame. Failure to do so may result in the university declining the student's admission.
  • The applicant must submit their passport by September 1st. Any delays beyond this date may impact the application process.
  • Submitting an application form does not guarantee admission to any university.
  • Once the passport has been submitted, the student cannot claim a refund for any processing fees that have been paid.
  • All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Delhi.
