The Faculty of Medicine, which teaches MBBS, was established in 1990 when Haybusak University of Armenia was founded. This initiative was led by academician Levon Harutyunyan. All specialties offered by the Institute of Medicine at Haybusak University are licensed and accredited by the state. The clinical chairs for the Medical Institute's MBBS program are located in top medical clinical centers in Yerevan, stomatology clinics, scientific research institutes, and pharmaceutical enterprises. Additionally, the University's base clinic is used for clinical professional classes such as lectures, practical courses, and educational production internships. This is where senior MBBS students take their first steps in their professional field.
