Kyrgyz Russian Slavic University, which was founded in 1993, is a non-profit public higher education institution that offers MBBS education. In 1939, the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy was established with an initial enrollment of 200 students. It is considered to be one of the top and most long-standing medical universities in Kyrgyzstan. KSMU has received recognition from MCI, FAIMER, IMED, and WHO. Indian students have the option to pursue general medicine, stomatology, and pediatrics at the institute.
